6. Shipping & Delivery
Oriental Tea House ships to destinations within service areas as specified. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss for products transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by the destination country.
7. Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if in original condition and unopened. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.
Perishable items and opened tea products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
